2. Exchange Policy
- a. An exchange will be made if:
- i. The color of the item we delivered is not the color you have ordered.
ii. The size of the item we delivered is not the size you have ordered.
iii. The item is torn/damaged at the time of receiving.
b. Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be made. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.
c. An exchange will not be made when ‘Made to Fit’ has been applied on the item.
- a. A full refund of the item paid will be made if:
- i. The item is no longer in stock after making the payment.
ii. You wish to withdraw before the item has been sent out.
iii. Once the item has been sent out, the payment will not be refunded.
b. A refund will not be made when 'Made to Fit’ has been applied on the item
- We do not take in reservations. Payment must be made within 3 working days upon receiving the Confirmation Email, otherwise it will be considered as withdrawn.
